Sell 15lb brisket ? Choice cut

I've never had a Tomahawk steak or Porterhouse steak let alone cooked one. Do they have either steak that I can take home and cook myself?

Defiantly do for the porterhouse. Porterhouse is a large tbone steak I think over 22 oz. They cut them right in front of you just tell them how many inches thick. Tomahawk is a bone in ribeye I believe over 22 oz as well. Not 100 % they have bone I ribeyes. Just ask Burt when u get there. Awesome place
